Transportation support

The regional subsidy policy for the transportation of users of the health and social services network is applied. The transportation service offers Basse-Côte-Nord users assistance with medical appointments, transportation reservations, medical evacuations and travel arrangements outside the region.
How it works
Transportation arrangements are made by the transportation service from the Blanc-Sablon point of service. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES can users make their own reservations, unless they have been informed otherwise by the transportation service;
The transportation service issues an authorization for direct transportation to the selected airline. The ticket is available at the counter on the day of departure;
If you are outside the territory without a return ticket, you must contact the dispatcher at 1 800 463-4962 during normal business hours to book your return;
If you are in St. Anthony, please confirm your return the day before by 3 p.m.;
If you wish to receive your services in an institution other than the nearest one, please notify the transportation service. As a result, you will be responsible for paying the additional transportation costs involved.
